THE OFFICIAL FACEBOOK GAME FOR THE TV SHOW
The Walking Dead : The Social Game is a game I worked on as an employee at Eyes Wide Games in 2012-2013. It was the official Facebook game for the TV show "The Walking Dead". I worked on it as an environment artist, creating a variety of assets for the levels, following the predetermined art style.
I created a lot of individual 2D assets ranging from cars, buildings, bodies, grungy textures, etc. I also created prefabs from those assets in Flash, giving them a tile size, collision, and other metadata.
I also created a lot of isometric tileable walls, floors, buildings and guardrails. They needed to be both modular and pixel-perfect in order to work properly with the level editor we were using.
My other task was to edit levels that level designers put together into a visually appealing manner by adding diversity to the items, textures, replacing items and updating assets when they looked outdated.
